The annual meeting of the BBPA was to be held on Thursday , January 19th , 2011, at 7:15 P.M., at the Barker Village Hall, but was postponed to Thursday, January 26th, 2012, due to inclement weather.

The regular monthly meeting of the BBPA was held on Thursday, December 15th, 2011, at 7:15 P.M., at the Barker Village Hall, the acting President, being in the chair and the Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer being present. Pat Fuller, and Carol Anders were also present. Previous minutes were not officially recorded; previous meeting was fulfilled with reviewing bylaws. Motion accepted by all to adopt our bylaws.
